Critiques
What I really love about this, my favorite thing, is the contradiction between the title and the image itself. It's called "Serenity" and yet it seems stormy and emotional, and she seems lost and alone. Where is she, what happened? It provokes a lot of thought and questions.
So it makes me wonder if the bright light directly around her, like emanating from her, is a coincidence or is it hope? Does it put the title into context? Are things better? Is the storm breaking? Has she found peace here, has she accepted the way things are?
Aesthetically this is pretty perfect, and it's even better because it's so emotionally provocative. Great work.
